Overall, I had a really good experience at the Delta Winnipeg. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable — the bed was super cozy, and the towels felt brand new. The staff were outstanding — very friendly, welcoming, and helpful at the front desk. The only small downside was the noise in the room and the limited coffee supply (only one decaf and one regular). It’s not a big deal since you can always ask for more, but if you’re traveling with someone else, it can be a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Downtown Delta location in October for a multi-day conference. It was my first time visiting Winnipeg and I wasn’t sure what to expect from the city. I’m happy to report that my visit surpassed my initial expectations, despite limited time to explore the city outside of conference commitments and falling ill half way, and this was in large part true to my positive experience at this hotel. The hotel room was lovely, modern and clean with good sound proofing. The bathroom—always an indicator of attention to detail and quality of service—was even nicer. Anytime I had to approach the reception desk, someone was always ready to offer a bottle of water and treats while I waited. They were very prompt and courteous with additional requests made. But what sealed the deal for me was observing how patient, kind and accommodating they were to some of my colleagues who had specialized needs and requests. If you’re looking for a central location for personal or business functions in Winnipeg, look no further than Delta. As a result of the service experienced at this hotel, I’m looking forward to planning a second visit next year to properly explore the city on my own.

I wanted to make share I leave a review for this outstanding hotel. 1st- the guest service at the front desk is outstanding. I want to give a special recognition to Valerie who help assist me with my children’s booking. They were in Winnipeg doing an audition for the Royal Winnipeg and I wasn’t able to make it out with them. I had a few concerns but Valerie reassured me that my children will be taken care of and not to worry but a single thing. My daughter mentioned someone left a lovely note and fruits in their room, now as a mother hearing this just fills my heart with joy that someone went out of their way in such a special way to make their day and I’m just truly grateful beyond words. I hope the manager in this hotel can give her a recognition of her work and efforts , she is truly amazing. Thank you Valerie! 2nd- I’ve haven’t been to this hotel myself but my children loved their stay. They mentioned it’s super clean and it’s a beautiful hotel and they both love love the pool, they got to enjoy every night after a long day of being on their feet dancing , it was relaxing they said. 3rd. I booked them a room and breakfast. I didn’t want them to worry where they were going to eat especially in the morning and the Blaze restaurant was delicious and fueled them for their busy day of dancing. PS. I highly recommend Delta hotel in downtown Winnipeg, they are just incredible! I will definitely be booking here again if we are ever in Winnipeg! With lots of gratitude, M

Overall a good stay. Check-in was seamless, good parking a few dining options as well as a cafe. The breakfast in the Club Lounge was excellent. Lots of selection and consistently replenished. We stayed in the 11th floor. The room was okay. It was clean but you could most definitely tell it had been smoked in before. Which made it feel unclean. For almost $500 a night I did expect the room not to smell like cigarette smoke.

Very convenient location and closeness to RBC convention centre. The rooms are a bit dated. The bed was firm but supportive. The pillows were awful. Basically no support. Pool is super. Great big swimming area and hot tubs. Gym was greats. The views were nice.

We've stayed here a few times, and it's always a pleasure to interact with the staff at the front, especially Valerie, whom we've had the chance to deal with several times. The location is right in the heart of downtown, connected by indoor bridges, which makes exploring very convenient. We would definitely recommend it!

My stay at Delta Hotels was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable, and the warm atmosphere could be felt from the moment I arrived. During check-in, the concierge team greeted me with genuine smiles and even offered bottled water, which was a very thoughtful and welcoming gesture. The front desk associate was also highly professional and proactive, kindly offering a room upgrade in recognition of my Titanium Elite status, which I truly appreciated. This stay left me with some of my best memories of Winnipeg. The guest room was spotless and well organized, and the indoor pool made it a perfect winter getaway for me and my friends — truly one of the best places to stay in Winnipeg during the colder months. The 12th-floor lounge was another highlight of my stay. The selection of food and snacks was excellent, the cookies were especially delicious, and the breakfast area was quiet, clean, and bright, creating a very pleasant dining experience. While the service may not be positioned as traditional luxury five-star service, it is clear from every detail that this hotel genuinely cares about its guests. The attention, warmth, and professionalism shown throughout my stay made the experience exceptional. A very special thank you to Saira — because of you, Delta Hotels earns 110% in my heart.
